MARKET DYNAMICS

KEY DRIVERS:

  • Growing pharmaceutical Industry is increasing demand for the market

The expanding pharmaceutical industry relies on BFS technology to extend shelf life, maintain product efficacy, and meet stringent regulatory requirements.

  • The global demand for packaged goods is growing.

RESTRAIN:

  • The high initial costs associated with implementing BFS technology

The initial investment required to set up a blow fill seal technology production line is high.

OPPORTUNITY:

  • Demand from the aseptic packaging industry presents a significant opportunity for the Blow Fill Seal (BFS) technology market

As consumer preferences shift towards products with extended shelf life and heightened safety standards, BFS's inherent aseptic process aligns perfectly with these requirements. This surge in demand allows BFS technology to cater to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and food sectors seeking reliable packaging solutions that maintain product integrity and minimize contamination risks. By capitalizing on the aseptic packaging trend, BFS technology can solidify its position as a preferred choice for industries prioritizing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Growing popularity of e-commerce

CHALLENGES:

  • Competition from other packaging methods

There are other packaging methods available, such as cartoning and shrink wrapping. These methods may be more cost-effective or offer other advantages, which could deter some businesses from adopting blow fill seal technology.

IMPACT OF RUSSIAN UKRAINE WAR

The war disrupted supply chains for raw materials and components used in soldering, such as plastics, metals, and electronics. This has pushed up the prices of these materials and components, putting pressure on the profitability of blow seal technology manufacturers. The war also disrupted the transportation of goods, further delaying the shipment of raw materials and components to welding technology manufacturers. This has resulted in production delays and shortages of blown seal technology products.

Due to these factors, the growth of blow sealing technology market is expected to slow down in the coming years. The price of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a plastic commonly used in air-blowing technology, has increased by more than 30% since the start of the war. The price of aluminum, another material commonly used in blow welding, also increased by more than 20%. The war also disrupted the production of electronic components used in soldering, such as sensors and valves.

This has caused delays in the delivery of these components, which has impacted the production of blown seal technology products.

IMPACT OF ONGOING RECESSION

The global blow sealing technology market is expected to shrink by 1.7% in 2023 .The economic downturn is pushing up the prices of raw materials and components, putting pressure on the profits of welding technology manufacturers. Due to these factors, the growth of blow sealing technology market is expected to slow down in the coming years.

Several blown seal technology manufacturers have announced layoffs or plant closures. Others delay or cancel new investment projects. Also, demand for soldering technology products has declined in some sectors, such as the food and beverage industry. The price of raw materials and parts used in soldering technology has increased, putting pressure on manufacturers' profits.

The impact of the recession on the blow-fill technology market is expected to be felt for some time. However, the market will recover when the recession ends and the economy improves.

The data with the help of two main processes i.e., FGDs (Focused Group Discussions) and IDs (Individual Discussions). This gives us a 3rd party nonbiased primary view of the market scenario making it a more dependable one while collation of the data pointers.

Step 3: Data Bank Validation

Once all the information is collected via primary and secondary sources, we run that information for data validation. At our intelligence centre our research heads track a lot of information related to the market which includes the quarterly reports, the daily stock prices, and other relevant information. Our data bank server gets updated every fortnight and that is how the information which we collected using our primary and secondary information is revalidated in real time.

Data Bank Validation

Step 4: QA/QC Process

After all the data collection and validation our team does a final level of quality check and quality assurance to get rid of any unwanted or undesired mistakes. This might include but not limited to getting rid of the any typos, duplication of numbers or missing of any important information. The people involved in this process include technical content writers, research heads and graphics people. Once this process is completed the title gets uploader on our platform for our clients to read it.

Step 5: Final QC/QA Process:

This is the last process and comes when the client has ordered the study. In this process a final QA/QC is done before the study is emailed to the client. Since we believe in giving our clients a good experience of our research studies, therefore, to make sure that we do not lack at our end in any way humanly possible we do a final round of quality check and then dispatch the study to the client.
